Cold Orzo Sakad

Ingredients List
- 1 Box Orzo Pasta
- Organic Vegetable Bouillion
- Kalamata Olives
- Green Olives
- Sundried Tomatoes in Oil
- Cottage Cheese
- Bocconcini
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Diced Multi Coloured Cherry Tomatoes
- Smoked Paprinka
- Italian Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
Cooking Directions
1. Turn on stovetop and place a pot full of water according to the directions on the box.
2. Dice Cherry Tomatoes, Bocconcini, sundried tomatoes, cottage cheese.
3. Once the pot reaches a hard boil add in organic vegtable broth bouillion. Mix well
4. empty the box of Orzo into the water and cook according to the boxs instructions
5. Once the orzo is finished cooking strain and put into a bowl that has a lid. Add in all the diced ingredients, salt, pepper and garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning and smoked paprika.
6. Add in 1/3 cup of the sundried tomato oil, Green olives, kalamata olives and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, mix well.
7. Refrigerate and serve cold.
