Healthy Protein Pancakes
Serving Size: 10 pancakes Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients List
1 1/4 Cup of All-Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 tbs Sugar
1 Cups Greek Yogurt
2 tbs milk
Salted butter or Avocado Oil (for the pan)
Cooking Directions
1. Preheat a pan or griddle over medium heat
2. In a large mixing bowl mix together the Greek Yogurt, eggs and vaniella. Whisk until smooth.
3. Add sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl. Whisk until completely combined.
4. If the batter is too think, add milk 1 tbs at a time until it reaches your desired consistancy.
5. Grease a pan or griddle by melting butter on it and moving the pan around until the surface is coated
6. Pour 1/4 cup portions of pancake batter onto the greased, heated surface
7. Cook until bubbles start forming in the batter and the sides become set (2-4min)
8. Flip and cook the other side of the pancake for 2-4 minutes, or until golden brown
